Killer Back Workout For Gaining Muscle Mass

Add muscle mass and get bigger with this killer back workout from shreddybrek. I’ve recently swapped my workout routine up lately from a more traditional bodybuilding routine to a hybrid mix of bodybuilding and power lifting. I’ve done this for the past 3 weeks, and will continue to follow this muscle gaining routine for teenagers or adults for the next 3 weeks, before returning to a more traditional style of bodybuilding workouts.

In this post and video I share my back workout with you, which i honestly think is one of the best back workouts i’ve been following in recent memory.

The routine is as Follows

 

Killer Back Workout For Adding Muscle Mass

Deadlift 5 Sets x 15,12,10,8,6
Barbell Row 4 x 8 – 10
Lat Pull Down 4 x 8 – 10
Dumbbell Pull Over 4 8 – 10

After this killer back workout i’ll train Triceps also, however you can incorporate this workout into your routine as you see fit.

This is one of the best back workouts for teenager or adults, so give it ago!
