I’ve recently swapped my workout routine up lately from a more traditional bodybuilding routine to a hybrid mix of bodybuilding and power lifting. I’ve done this for the past 3 weeks, and will continue to follow this muscle gaining routine for teenagers or adults for the next 3 weeks, before returning to a more traditional style of bodybuilding workouts.

The routine is as Follows
Killer Back Workout For Adding Muscle Mass
Deadlift 5 Sets x 15,12,10,8,6
Barbell Row 4 x 8 – 10
Lat Pull Down 4 x 8 – 10
Dumbbell Pull Over 4 8 – 10
After this killer back workout i’ll train Triceps also, however you can incorporate this workout into your routine as you see fit.
