Home Workout For Men – Home Biceps Workout
Home Workouts For Men are a convenient & cheaper way to get into shape, than working out at a gym. Although some restrictions in terms of equipment will prevent you from performing certain exercises at home, this Home Biceps Workout is an easy, quick way to gain muscle and build bigger arms by working out from home.
Although this Home Biceps Workout is geared towards a workout at home for men, there are no problems with women or teenagers following this routine.
I currently workout biceps when I train chest, however in the past have I performed by bicep workout with back, shoulders, legs and even had arm day workouts. How you want to incorporate this workout into your routine is up to you.
To perform this home workout you will need
Barbell Curl 5 x 8-12
Dumbbell Curl 5 x 8-12
Perform each exercise with a 60 second rest between each set. When performing each bicep exercise at home, make sure the muscle is working at all times. As explained in the workout video, your elbows should be locked by your sides throughout the entire exercise. When performing the barbell curl or dumbbell curl, make sure you are lifting with a weight that will not cause you to swing your back, elbows, or make you rely on momentum to swing the weight up. This poor exercise form will not help develop your biceps, and will provide poor stimulation to encourage muscle growth.
When working at home you probably won’t have the bigger weights that are available in gyms, however the problem with lifting too heavy can still occur, especially amongst beginners. Make sure the bicep is under constant tension throughout the movement and you should feel the muscle burning. If you cannot hit the 8-12 rep range, then drop the weight. If you get 12 reps easily, then increase the weight.
That’s all for today guys, get those bicep’s poppin’ so the panties start droppin’
