Chest Exercises at Home

Thats right, get a big chest with push ups every day. You don’t need a lot of chest exercises at home, or a complex home chest workout in order to make gains and build muscle. Now you may be thinking “wtf, u need rest brah”. Well yes, this is true. To get a big chest you do need to rest. But i found doing push ups every day to get a big chest as a Teenager worked. Its a great way to shock your body when you do push ups every day for a short duration of time ( 3-4 weeks), and help develop your chest with some rapid muscle growth.

As a teenager working out at home, I began doing push ups every day, and guess what, my chest got bigger. I would consider my chest to be my most developed muscle group, as it’s what people comment on most. If you are training in a gym, then I wouldn’t recommend doing this home workout, as you should be training hard enough in the gym where you don’t need to do this. However if you are a teenager working out at home to try and gain muscle, then I would definitely give this a go.

Push Ups 3 x 20 every day for 4 weeks.

When you can do 3 x 20 work this up to 4 x 20

Push Ups 4 x 20

Then work this up again to

Push Ups 4 x 25

Rest for 45-60 seconds between sets. Give this a go for 4 weeks, then lay off it for 2 weeks or so, then start again. You will definitely get a good pump and start gaining muscle in your chest.

When you have built up your muscle you can then start to pec pop.
