I have been sent a number of different my protein supplements to review for you guys. As a long time user of my protein products, I personally favour them as being a strong choice when selecting protein. For years I have used the true whey offered by myprotein. I have recently moved onto using the my protein hydrolysed whey protein, along with their casesin protein. I’ve also used their concentrate protein, which offers excellent value for money.
Outside of my protein, protein powders, i get all of my amino acids from them such as BCAA, L-glutamine, along with creatine and glucosamine.
I have never tried any of the my protein pre-workout supplements, so it will be interesting to see what these are like, along with their flavoured creatine monohydrate powders, as i have only ever used unflavoured. There are also some protein bars that i’ll be giving a go.

Unfortunately, these reviews will only really be of benefit to UK readers. Im not sure if my protein offers international delivery, but i’ll look into this for you all and report back. If however you are based in the uk and are looking for good quality, and cheap protein powders then my protein are a great choice. Im not completely bias to my protein, in fact im not bias at all. I have tried numerous different brand of bodybuilding supplements and protein powders. My protein however does offer the most competitive pricing, especially for those of us are based within the UK.
