As part of my 1 year body transformation, where I am building muscle and getting my physique into better conditioning, I thought it would be interesting to compare my conditioning over a 6 week period. For those of you who think you can build muscle fast, then this 6 week body transformation will perhaps give you a better outlook on the time it takes to gain muscle and lose fat.
